The underlying philosophy for the Nob Hill Development is that the owners intend to develop the area in a creative, coordinated and cooperative manner to add value to the area. By selecting a group of preferred builders, the integrity of the Development will be upheld with high quality construction and craftsmanship while promoting an interesting variety of construction styles.
The Preferred Builder Philosophy is only in affect for Phase(s) I-III.
Now available (Phase IV).  The Preferred Builder Philosophy does not apply to Phase IV.
