The underlying philosophy for the Nob Hill Development is to develop the area in a creative, coordinated and cooperative manner to add value to the area. The covenants for the subdivision include approval of a residential builder as a “preferred builder” for the subdivision. By selecting a group of preferred builders, the integrity of the subdivision will be upheld with high quality construction and craftsmanship while promoting an interesting variety of construction styles.
